Mental Health Matters: Lunch & Learn Michelle Halladay of Heartland Counseling will speak at the May 18th Lunch & Learn, at the South Sioux City Public Library, 2121 Dakota Avenue, in the Library Café area. Her topic is Mental Health Matters. May is Mental Health Awareness Month. Since 1949, Mental Health America, their affiliates, and countless others have observed May as Mental Health Month by reaching out to millions of people to spread the word that mental health is something everyone should care about.
