Ribbon cutting ceremony for the Early Learning Infant/Toddler Room at the Norm Waitt Sr. YMCA.
The Early Learning infant/toddler childcare room is phase 1 of the Y's Early Learning and Youth Development Center, which will offer a range of childcare and early education services for children from infancy to Siouxland teen programming.
