Account Resolution Specialist (Full-Time, Main Branch)

RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in managing of the Credit Union’s delinquency, phone contact with member who are behind on their payments, resolve payment issues with members and manage the resolution department paperwork as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge of Federal/State Collection Laws, Bankruptcy
and Small Claims. Great Communication Skills, Attention to Detail.
