What You’ll Do:
- Monitor & operate Building Management Systems (BMS)
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair equipment
- Keep workspaces clean and safe
- Research and notify supervisor to order repair parts or supplies
- Work independently and with a solid team
Schedule Highlights:
- Rotating shifts (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
- Every 5th week: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Some flexibility needed for weather or special events
