IMKO is recruiting a full-time Staff Account Receivable Assistant for a Long-Term position with a very fast-paced industrial business. Accounts Receivable Assistant is responsible for monitoring and managing accounts and billing. As a member of the accounting team, accuracy and efficiency are essential to completing tasks in a timely manner.

Accountant Receivable Assistant Responsibilities are, however, will not be limited to:

Basic Computer Skills
Ability to interact with all staff members, coworkers, venders and customers with a pleasant demeanor
Attention to detail
Strong Communication both verbal and written skills
Data entry skills
Phone etiquette
Organize, mail and review tax exemptions for customers
Review customer credit limits and restrictions on a case by case basis
Maintain customer records
Assist with account receivable statements
Scan documents into the system
Restock printer, fax, copiers and other office machines with paper, let IT know when toner is low
Vendor accounts reconciliation as assigned
Assist Account Payable Manager/ Controller as needed
Work with other departments with special projects
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

HS diploma or GED. Office Exp a plus
The ability to communicate with all team members
Basic Math Skills, Calculate discounts, interest and percentages
Use a keyboard and a tenkey and adding machine
Data Entry skills
High ethical and moral standards
Valid Driver’s License

Pay for the Staff Accountant will be $20 per hour
