IMKO and a local Siouxland bank has an opening for a Full Time Sales Representative!
Sales Representative open new accounts, process transactions, providing information regarding products and services, and resolving customer concerns. Sales Representative also cross sell financial products and services such as loans, mortgages, credit cards etc.
Hours will be:
Days: Mon – Fri 8:00 AM – 5 PM M-F Sat 8-12 2 Sat a month
Sales Representative Responsibilities are, however, will not be limited to:
- Provide account service – check casing - withdrawals and deposits
- Customer Service - Answering calls and questions about accounts
- Maintain Customer and bank confidentiality
- Upsell financial products and services
- Upsell credit Cards
- Work with Loans, Mortgages , Stocks
